New Video: Combining 3D scans from different Artec 3D scanners
From time to time, you may find yourself in a position where you want to have exceptionally detailed resolution, higher accuracy in specific areas – or when you need to scan a difficult-to-reach part of an object but are unable to scan it with just one scanner for any number of reasons. In cases like this, it’s time to turn to the practice of combining data from several different scanners.
In this workshop, our training and 3D scanning specialist Anton Popov shows how you can combine data from several Artec scanners (Space Spider, Eva, Leo and Ray), using either of the two workflows: combining raw data (scans) or processed data (fusions).
During the live processing session, Anton shares the ins and outs of both workflows, as well as lots of useful tips and tricks along the way.
