The craftsman who created this feast for the eyes definitely put a great deal of effort into their work. So did Artec Space Spider and Eva, the two handheld 3D scanners which were used to capture everything down to the finest features of this geometry-rich object in order to make the 3D model look as impressive as the original work of art, inspired by Doom, the epic shooter. The first edition of this video game was released back in 1993 and the most recent one came out in March 2020 to enrapture yet another generation of fans. And if any of them wants to have a keepsake of the protagonist, the Doom Marine fighting his way through hordes of demons from Hell, they are welcome to 3D print this file and enjoy a highly-precise copy of the original sculpture in all its vibrancy.
