Artec 3D awarded SuperDrecksKëscht® label for exemplary waste management

Global 3D scanning leader Artec 3D has been awarded the SuperDrecksKëscht® (SDK) label in recognition of the company’s environmentally responsible approach to waste management.
Following an independent external audit, Artec has been recognized with the ISO-certified SDK label, confirming that the company has implemented a comprehensive waste management system, including effective waste sorting, recycling, and disposal practices as part of its commitment to environmental sustainability.
The SuperDrecksKëscht® fir Betriber label is a quality mark awarded for the sustainable use of resources and certified in accordance with the internationally recognized ISO 14024:2018 standard for environmental labels. This certification demonstrates that Artec’s waste management practices meet the requirements of this internationally recognized environmental standard and actively contribute to protecting the environment and climate.
Developed by Luxembourg’s Ministry of the Environment, Climate and Biodiversity together with the country’s Chamber of Skilled Trades and the Chamber of Commerce, the SDK label is an esteemed award. To gain this accreditation, infrastructure and training must be implemented to set standards, then monitored and evaluated against strict criteria.
Requirements include waste reduction, the recycling of residual materials, and training that makes all colleagues part of the push for greater sustainability. Having earned the award, Artec 3D remains committed to the ongoing implementation of eco-friendly practices.
