From among more than 2,300 nominations, Artec 3D wins Bronze in the 2021 Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Support.
Throughout 2020, we’re very proud to say that Artec 3D’s customer support satisfaction rate has grown. This is an important achievement for us: the satisfaction of our partners, our customers, and all in our Artec family is of utmost importance to us.
Beyond our company, this family extends throughout the world in the form of our Artec 3D partners and resellers. Our partners don’t just sell 3D scanners: they’re experts in the 3D industry, too. This allows them to share their extensive knowledge and experience with customers in their cities, countries, and regions while growing their own customer base.
While we’ve always been about keeping our partners up to date and in the loop of all Artec news and products, 2020 made us reconsider and completely rewire how we interact with and support our partners and their customers. Like no other year, the past year would require us to instill confidence while providing convenience, and complete accessibility.
We did this with a host of initiatives that we’ve never done before: weekly webinars, virtual training and demos, consultation on how to do business online, and our continued virtual support, whether or not we were able to meet partners and customers face to face.
We created dozens of new articles and significantly increased our available support and resources – namely, in the form of a 24/7 Telegram support channel for resellers, which saw a maximum waiting time of 30 minutes.
And this wasn’t just about business strategy and tech support – it was about maintaining an emotional connection with our network of resellers, wherever they may be. Isolation and separation is something many of us felt over the last year, and we needed to make sure that for our partners, we’d do everything we could to stay connected. They could then, in turn, offer the same support to their own customers.
It is through this circle of support that we managed to achieve 95.4% overall customer satisfaction in Q1, and an improvement of up to 97.83% in Q3, for direct customer support through our website. We’re confident that this highlights our support team’s commitment to fast response time, providing accessible and high-quality training, and reliable support for our resellers, partners, and end-user customers.
We’re now glad to report that despite all the challenges, restrictions, and setbacks of 2020, our Artec family continued to grow across the world, with resellers feeling more part of the family than ever, and customers confidently introducing and expanding the use of 3D scanners in their own industries.
And for this, we have been awarded Bronze in the 2021 Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Support. In their 15th year, these business awards recognize the accomplishments and contributions of companies around the world. Through hundreds of categories, they set out to distinguish quality businesses from the rest. In this year’s competition, more than 2,300 nominations of organizations spanning all sizes, from 51 nations, and in virtually every industry, were considered.
