Sales Team Assistant (Americas region)

Job description:

  • Assisting a team of channel managers in day-to-day communications with the company’s international partners and customers
  • Handling incoming leads (Americas region)
  • Responding to email inquiries in a professional and timely manner, delivering an excellent customer experience by providing fast, helpful, and relevant replies
  • Interact with customers via phone
  • Working with CRM and other corporate platforms on a daily basis
  • Supporting the team in maintaining up-to-date records on activities related to sales, marketing, and business development
  • Keeping up to date on the company’s products and services

Qualifications, skills, and experience:

  • Excellent/native English (strong verbal and written communication skills)
  • Knowledge of other languages is a great plus!
  • Previous experience in customer support or similar role
  • Customer-oriented and able to work well with different types of personalities
  • Great communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Team player (as a part of an international team of sales channel managers, you'll be sharing goals, strategies, and tasks with your colleagues)
  • Positive attitude and a flexible mindset
  • Ability to tactfully deal with challenges
