Job description:
- Assisting a team of channel managers in day-to-day communications with the company’s international partners and customers
- Handling incoming leads (Americas region)
- Responding to email inquiries in a professional and timely manner, delivering an excellent customer experience by providing fast, helpful, and relevant replies
- Interact with customers via phone
- Working with CRM and other corporate platforms on a daily basis
- Supporting the team in maintaining up-to-date records on activities related to sales, marketing, and business development
- Keeping up to date on the company’s products and services
Qualifications, skills, and experience:
- Excellent/native English (strong verbal and written communication skills)
- Knowledge of other languages is a great plus!
- Previous experience in customer support or similar role
- Customer-oriented and able to work well with different types of personalities
- Great communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Team player (as a part of an international team of sales channel managers, you'll be sharing goals, strategies, and tasks with your colleagues)
- Positive attitude and a flexible mindset
- Ability to tactfully deal with challenges
