Marketing and Events Coordinator

Artec 3D seeks an experienced marketing and events coordinator with superb organizational and communications skills, a friendly, positive attitude, and an appreciation of high-quality design. The role will involve organizing Artec 3D’s trade fair participation and conferences, internal social events, developing brand assets and overseeing the correct representation of the company and its products in both marketing materials and throughout the company’s 120+ global distribution network.


Exhibitions and Conferences:

  • Organize and ensure the successful running of B2B exhibition stands across the world, coordinating both the company’s stands and shared stands with distributors.
  • Responsible for managing exhibition logistics, implementing the appropriate stand design and supplying printed and online marketing material.
  • Liaise with participating colleagues and distributors, including collecting biographies, photos and branding materials.
  • Organize company conferences and meetings with its distributor network, including both business and social events.
  • Coordinate program content and plans with key figures in the company.
  • Negotiate competitive rates and finalize venue and supplier contracts.
  • Prepare and issue feedback forms following conferences and analyze results.

Internal Events:

  • Organize the social side of events for the Moscow office, including the New Year Party.
  • Coordinate company stands at career fairs.

Brand Management:

  • Maintain and develop brand assets in collaboration with the company designers, commissioning and selecting design elements, as well as printed and online marketing materials.
  • Commission and coordinate product photo sessions and videos.
  • Source high quality branded promo goods, liaising and negotiating with suppliers.
  • Monitor and ensure the correct usage of brand assets, ensuring Artec 3D and its products are correctly represented and positioned by its distributor network.
  • Foster warm relationships with the company’s distributors.


  • Strong business events experience (1-3 years), ideally having independently organized international conferences.
  • Able to prioritize effectively and multi-task across a number of complex events.
  • Close attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
  • Experience of design management.
  • Fluency in English is a must. Other languages are also very beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Reliable team player.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop a plus.
  • A positive, enthusiastic attitude is much welcomed!
